About Us and Our Pug Pups
Our favorite Movie Quote Says It All!
A Dog has no use for fancy cars or big homes or designer clothes.
A waterlogged stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if you're rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb.
Give him your heart and he'll give you his.
How many people can you say that about?
How many people can make you feel rare, and pure, and special?
How many people can make you feel extraordinary?
WHY DO WE BREED PUGS?
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT THEN OTHER PUG BREEDERS?
We are different BECAUSE we feel we are just the Guardians of YOUR EXCEPTIONAL PUG BABY! We believe in carefully and thoughtfully pairing parents for the best outcome in Temperament, Personality, Health, and Confirmation so we only produce the BEST QUALITY puppy for you! We believe you should name your baby and we will start using it to help with recognition process, have your questions answered quickly, and are here whenever you need advice from moment you contact us throughout your puppy's life that does not just drop the moment you bring your baby home! We give your puppy the best foundation while with us to make life in his or her forever home go smoother like getting them used to nail trimmings, different sounds and sights, start potty training, name recognition, socialization and play that should start with your breeder as no puppy should be raised outside 24/7 until it finds home. That is sad, but many many breeders do just that! We are involved from the moment they are born in our bedroom with us! We are involved in their everyday life and growth and believe it's us being so involved that makes the difference between us and the next breeder.
WHY DO I WANT A SHOW LINE PUG? I'M ONLY LOOKING FOR A PET:
Show lines help ensure not only correct look but correct personality and temperament. It takes a special dog to have the temperament and personality to be at a show with all those dogs, people, and hustle and bustle that goes on. They have to exhibit a happy, playful, confidence that adores the attention and isn't hyper and spastic. The dogs must be able to learn and listen well. They have to be of correct size, colors, and body type as well. Getting a show line puppy helps ensure you have a well-balanced fun-loving loyal companion that is all you read about when you read about pugs.
About Our Family:
First of all thank you for coming to our page and coming to meet us! Although our entire family is involved with our dogs you will most often be talking with me, Tammie! I am a stay at home mom and full time puppy care giver. I absolutely love my jobs as human and dog mommy! Anthony works outside of the home but loves to come home and play with the kids and pups! What is more adorable and fun then kids and puppies??? We have the twins pre-school boys, they are to small to actually help with the pups but do offer the sight, smell, and sounds of what a home with small kids is like for our pups so they are somewhat familiar with these things when they go to their furever home. The twins are fascinated with the dogs and love to watch them and try to pet and play with them supervised by us of course. We also have an adult daughter, Sylvia that cares for some of the dogs at her place along with her boyfriend Matt. By having two house holds we can offer more play, cuddle, and socializing time for everyone! The dogs often visit both homes so they get to go on outings and care rides!

More on Puppy & Adult Dog Care: All of our dogs are raised in the home with family as already stated and this means they are pets first, and spoiled accordingly! They are all whelped in our bedroom and they start their lives there where we can keep a close eye on them. As they get older they gradually advance to other rooms of the house. Every puppy is handled and loved on from birth. They grow up in a home with household experiences. We hand feed and care for pups that may need it should the mom lacks skills to care for a puppy/litter and yes without reason it does happen sometimes. We constantly clean up after them and try to teach each one to use potty pads. We train them to sleep in a playpen at night or when we can't watch them for their safety because we couldn't possibly watch them all 100% of the time to make sure they don't chew wires, get stuck under furniture, ect....
Our dogs have access to go outside and run around and play whenever they want in the "Doggie" Area. We play with and love all our dogs, they are our family and everyone gets cuddle time. Our dogs are also crate trained and take turns sleeping in them or with us at night.
Finding Your Puppy & Your Puppy While with Us: We know how exciting adding a new pup to your family can be. It is our goal to raise happy healthy adorable little pups that love to give kisses! We try very hard to keep this site updated so you know if any puppies are currently available. If you are interested in a puppy we have available or future puppies please fill out our Reservation/ Pup-Dates Notify List Form! Once on the Pup-Dates List we will send updates when we have puppies available. Most most pups are put up between 6 to 12 weeks old and go home at a minimum of 8 weeks old. Should your puppy be held longer then 2 weeks after placing holding fee we'll send you updates directly via email every 2 weeks till pickup. Getting updates from start to finish is time consuming and not easy when puppies are on the move! Updates can be just pictures, just video, or both if we are able to. Often times it is one or the other but when we can we do both because we know that's more fun to see! We specifically schedule time to get these updates so please understand they are only done bi-weekly if your puppy is here longer then 2 weeks.
Please keep in mind pugs are known to have small litters unlike many other dog breeds out there. Our puppies tend to find homes very quickly so if your considering a puppy you'll want to be on the Pup-Dates Notify list so you know as soon as possible there are available pups!
When the Puppy goes Home with You: We send you home with a puppy goodie bag at pickup. Your goodie bag supplies you with vaccine and deworming records, a collar, sample of food, several chew treats, blanket with mom's scent, waste bags, and several toys to get you started. This goodie bag is free of charge and not included in the puppy price and contents may vary time to time. Your puppy will have had several not just one deworming starting at 2 weeks old. Puppies mouth and chew on everything so it is best to continue to de-parasite them with wormers a couple more times every other week and then on a monthly basis as they grow and through adulthood. The puppy's first vaccinations will be a NeoPar vaccine for parvo to start with and not overwhelm their system. Then in a couple weeks more will be given Distemper, Andenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvo.
Microchipping is also available upon request! Microchips are $40 and includes lifetime enrollment in recovery services and unlimited free updating of your information on record. AKC Reunite also provides you a collar tag so should it still be on your puppy when found the person can call them and you can be reunited with your puppy. Microchips provide permanent proof of ownership should your puppy be lost or worse stolen and can not be removed or lost like collar tags.
Costs: Our puppies are TRUE QUALITY and we put A LOT OF TIME into each and every one of them! We spend countless hours on puppy/dog care, toys, laundry, steaming, vacuuming, cleaning up accidents, getting up with puppy cries, playing, getting pictures, email correspondence with people, keeping records updated for AKC and us, supplies -there are to many to list, vet care, food and supplements, exercise, mental stimulation, training.... I, Tammie, who you'll chat with the most, stays at home and makes this my world as it is a passion! Unlike many breeder's who also work other jobs I am able dedicate my days, nights, weekends, holidays, ect... to our dogs and puppies so they are rarely alone and always taken care. Unfortunately, this means sometimes missing family events or not being able to take trips but it is well worth it to share our puppies with you! We also make sure we put lots of thought into our goals and genetic pairing for health of our lines and do not just throw two dogs together just to get puppies. We put time and thought into each one of our dogs and who to breed them to for exceptional temperaments and health! That meant finding quality breeders and lines to start from and making sure the quality is always upheld to continue to use our own lines and often paying a pretty penny for our foundation dogs and the occasional new dog to out cross with. All of the cost and time equals an AMAZING COMPANION for you that you can enjoy for many years and that is important to us and why our puppies are worth every penny!
Our resident Dog & Home Guardian
- Monkey (Great Dane / Great Pyrenees Mix)
We are surrounded by beautiful bluffs, mountains, and hills!
Nice big yard in the front and side to take the dogs out to play or lounge with us.
The dogs have a their own fenced in area in the back as well they can play in anytime they wish!
We also have 2 puppy play yard areas outside just for puppies to romp in during
the day if weather permits! One is 30x15 and the other 25x15 so they have plenty of space to romp in. They have access to food, water, toys, and shade while in the yard.
